Manage iCloud storage on your Windows computer
With iCloud for Windows, you can check how much iCloud storage you have available and change your storage plan.
Check how much storage is available
On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows, then scroll down to the bar graph to see your overall storage usage.
For information about any segment of the bar graph, hold the pointer over the segment until its name and numeric storage size appear above the graph.
Click Manage for more details.
On the left, you see a list of apps and features and how much iCloud storage they use. The apps and features that use the most storage are at the top of the list. You can click an app or feature for more information.
Change your iCloud storage plan
On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows, scroll down to the bar graph, then click Manage.
Click Add Storage or Change Storage Plan.
Do one of the following:
Upgrade: select a storage amount, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Downgrade: click Downgrade Options, enter your Apple ID password, select a storage amount, then click Done.
When you downgrade your iCloud storage plan, the storage decrease takes effect after your current monthly or annual subscription ends.
