Create an email signature in Mail on iCloud.com

You can create a plain text signature that appears automatically on every email you send.

Create an email signature

In Mail on iCloud.com, tap at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Tap Composing, scroll down, select “Add a signature”, then type your signature text.
Tap Done.

The signature appears on any new emails you send.

Stop using an email signature

You can stop using a signature on any new emails you send.

In Mail on iCloud.com, tap at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Tap Composing, then deselect “Add a signature”.
