Change the address to use for group members
If you use groups in Contacts, you can select a default address or number to use for group members who have multiple addresses or phone numbers. The selected address is used whenever you email the group or print contact information.
Choose Edit > Edit Distribution List.
Select a group in the list.
If you use multiple accounts in Contacts, the list is organized by account.
Click the rightmost column heading, then choose Email, Phone, or Address.
The address or phone number currently used is highlighted in bold.
To use a different address or number, select it.
Contacts appear in a distribution list only if they’re members of a group.
