Control access to input monitoring on Mac
Some apps can monitor your keyboard, mouse, or trackpad even when you’re using other apps. You can decide which apps are allowed to monitor your devices.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy.
Select Input Monitoring.
Select the checkbox next to an app to allow it to monitor your input devices.
Deselect the checkbox to turn off access for that app.
If you allow third-party apps or websites to monitor your input devices, any information they collect is governed by their terms and privacy policies. It’s recommended that you learn about the privacy practices of those parties.
For systems administrators who want information about deploying security settings, see the macOS Deployment Reference.
