Report a FaceTime call as spam on iPad
You can report calls from unwanted callers to Apple as spam.
Report a one-to-one FaceTime call as spam
When you receive an unwanted FaceTime call from an unknown caller, you can block the caller and report the call to Apple as spam by doing any of the following (iPadOS 17.1 or later):
In your FaceTime call history: Swipe left on the call, tap
, then tap Block and Report Junk.
In your FaceTime call history or during a FaceTime call: Tap
next to the name, phone number, or email address of the caller you want to report, tap Block Caller, then tap Block and Report Junk.
Report a Group FaceTime call as spam
When you receive an unwanted Group FaceTime call from unknown callers, you can block them and report the call to Apple as spam by doing any of the following (iPadOS 17.5 or later):
During a Group FaceTime call: Tap
at the bottom of the screen, then tap Block All Participants.
After a Group FaceTime call has ended: Go to your FaceTime call history. Swipe left on the call, tap
, then tap Block All Participants.
The Block All Participants option isn’t available if someone in the Group FaceTime call is in your contacts list.
Tip: To prevent unwanted FaceTime calls associated with your mobile phone number, go to Settings > FaceTime on your iPad, then deselect your phone number in the You Can Be Reached By FaceTime At section. You can still receive FaceTime calls associated with your Apple ID if it appears in this section.
