Use Siri to find information and get things done on Mac

Siri is an intelligent assistant that’s built into your Mac. After you turn on Siri in System Settings, you can start using Siri to find the information you need and get things done—hands free. The more you use Siri, the better it knows what you need.

If you have Siri AI (Beta),* Siri has entirely new capabilities, including personal context understanding, onscreen awareness, and broad world knowledge, to help you find what you need, when you need it, and get more done. See Get started with Siri AI.

Use Siri to call, text, and email

Make and receive Phone and FaceTime calls
