Change your audio options with Apple Fitness+

Choose your audio options to give you the best workout expierence.

Use Audio Focus

With Audio Focus, you can choose what you'd like to focus on during your workout. If you choose Trainer, the volume will prioritize your trainer's voice. If you choose Music, the audio will focus on the playlist.

Audio focus isn't currently supported in Meditation, Time to Walk, or Time to Run workouts.

Choose your Audio Focus on iPhone or iPad

1. On your iPhone, open the Fitness app and tap the Fitness+ tab. On your iPad, open the Fitness app.

2. Select your workout, then tap Let's Go.

3. Tap the More button.

4. Tap Audio Focus, then select Trainer or Music to change your focus.

Choose your Audio Focus on Apple TV

1. Open the Fitness app, then select who is working out.

2. Select your workout, then select the Play button.

3. Select the Audio Options button Audio options button.

4. Select Audio Focus, then select Trainer or Music to change your focus.

Use Audio Hints

Audio Hints provide audible descriptions of onscreen actions when completing a workout with Fitness+. If you turn Audio Hints on, they can help clarify a movement and give timing clues during your workout.

Audio Hints aren't currently supported in Meditation, Time to Walk, or Time to Run workouts.

Turn Audio Hints on or off on iPhone or iPad

1. On your iPhone, open the Fitness app and tap the Fitness+ tab. On your iPad, open the Fitness app.

2. Select your workout, then tap Let's Go.

3. Tap the More button.

4. Tap Audio Hints to turn them on or off. You can also adjust the speed of your audio descriptions.

1. Open the Fitness app, then select who is working out.

2. Select your workout, then select the Play button.

3. Select the Audio Options button.

4. Select a speed to turn Audio Hints on. Select Off to turn Audio Hints off.
