If you're using iTunes 11.0.1 or earlier on a Mac or PC, you might experience one of these issues:
- You can't buy or redownload 1080p video content from the iTunes Store.
- You can't watch or play 1080p video content that you purchased from the iTunes Store then copied or synced to a computer with iTunes 11.0.1 or earlier.
- When you try to play 1080p video content, you're asked to reauthorize your computer with your Apple ID and password and see a black screen where the video content should be.
To fix the issue, get the latest version of iTunes. You won't need to repurchase items to redownload them.
