Remove a merchant ID in Apple Business
Removing a merchant ID provided by the payment service provider disables the Tap to Pay on iPhone feature on all iPhones linked to the merchant ID.
If your organization is already registered with Apple Business
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to manage Tap to Pay on iPhone.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Brands > Tap to Pay on iPhone.
In the table of merchant IDs, select the one you want to remove.
In the detailed view of the merchant ID, select Remove.
Confirm removal of the merchant ID to disable it from all devices.
If your organization isn’t registered with Apple Business
Go to Remove all in Apple Business.
Sign in with your Apple Account.
You’ll see the list of merchant IDs linked to your account.
Select “Remove all merchant IDs,” then confirm removal to disable Tap to Pay on iPhone across all your devices.
