Send a package file log report
If Transporter encounters any errors, an Issue(s) button appears in the Transporter window. Click the Issue(s) button to view detailed information about the error(s) and any warning(s).
For film and TV providers: If you cannot resolve the issues yourself or have additional technical issues you want to report and the issues are related to verification or delivery, you can use the Report a Problem link in the pop-up window to send Apple the package file log report.
Send the log report
Click Report a Problem in the pop-up window.
To view the issues in a text editor, click Copy Issues to paste into a text editor.
Review the details of the log report and, optionally, add notes and comments.
Click Send to Apple.
Transporter delivers the log file to the Apple support team to help with troubleshooting.
