Use App Limits settings in Screen Time to set time limits for apps and websites.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Screen Time in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu on the right and choose a family member (if you’re using Family Sharing), then click App Limits.
View the status of app limits, turn app limits on or off and view the list of current limits.
If you turn off app limits, any limits you set up are saved, but they aren’t applied until you turn app limits back on.
