Resolve presentation conflicts in Keynote for iCloud
In certain circumstances, a presentation may get out of sync across your computers and devices. For example, if you edit a presentation in the Keynote app on your iPad when you aren't connected to the internet, then edit the same presentation using Keynote for iCloud before the latest changes appear, you’ll get a conflict. The next time you open the presentation, the Resolve Conflict window appears, asking you to select the presentation you want to keep.
Go to Keynote for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In the Resolve Conflict window for your presentation, select the presentation you want to keep.
If you’re not sure which version you want to keep, select a presentation, then click Preview. To compare it with another version, select another presentation, then click Preview again.
The preview is view-only (you can’t make any changes to it). To download or print a copy, click at the top of the preview window, then choose an option.
Click Keep selection at the bottom of the Resolve Conflict window.
Tip: You can also click Keep in the upper-right corner of a presentation you’re previewing.
The unselected presentations are deleted from all your computers and iOS and iPadOS devices set up with iCloud.
If you still have trouble resolving a conflict, visit the Keynote for iCloud Support website.
