Manage supported computer models

By default your image can be installed on any Mac. However, this may cause issues, as desktop and portable Mac computers contain different hardware. You can restrict which Mac computers receive a specific image. This is useful when you have multiple images from different hardware sources and want to ensure the image is applied to the correct Mac. For example, you could search for 2015 and easily see which computers Apple released in 2015. You can then search for 2016 and see all computers Apple released in 2016. Combining the two ensures that your image will only be available on those computers, not older ones that also happen to be on your network.
