Rotate the image on your Mac display
You may be able to rotate the image on your display. For example, if you have a widescreen display but would rather have a display that is taller than it is wide, you could rotate the display’s image 90 degrees, then physically rotate the display, if possible.
Before you begin, check the documentation that came with your display to make sure you can safely operate the display when it’s rotated.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays, then click Display.
Click the Rotate or Rotation pop-up menu, then choose a value.
If you don’t see the pop-up menu, either your display or your computer doesn’t support this feature.
