Change preferences in Contacts on Mac
Use Contacts Preferences to change options for the accounts you use in Contacts and for how you display and manage contacts.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, choose Contacts > Preferences, then click a preference pane:
General: Specify how names and addresses are shown on contact cards.
Accounts: Add, change or remove accounts you use in Contacts and set server options, if necessary.
Template: Specify the fields that appear on new contact cards.
vCard: Set options for exporting and sharing the information on your card and on other contact cards.
