Let other people play audio on HomePod using iPhone or iPad
You can allow guests to add to the Playing Next queue and transfer audio to HomePod using their iPhone or iPad.
Allow others to control audio on HomePod
If you have more than one HomePod, the options you choose apply to all of them.
Go to the Home app
on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap
, then tap Home Settings.
Tap Speakers & TV, then choose one of the following options:
Everyone: Gives access to everyone nearby.
Anyone On the Same Network: Gives access to those connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Only People Sharing This Home: Gives access to people who are residents in the Home app and who are connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Turn on Require Password (optional).
