Customize and use the homepage tiles on iCloud.com
On iCloud.com, you can customize the homepage for a more personalized experience, allowing you to easily access the content you care about the most. You can add tiles for your favorite apps or features, remove the ones you don’t use, rearrange them however you like, and change what they show.
For certain apps, you can also perform quick actions right from the tile.
Add, move, or delete tiles
Go to iCloud.com, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, then select Customize.
If you’re on iCloud.com but not on the homepage, select
in the toolbar, then select iCloud Home Page.Do any of the following:
Add a tile: Select Add Tile or
in the top-right corner of the window, then choose a tile.Replace a tile: Select
in the corner of a tile, then choose the tile you want to use instead.Rearrange tiles: Drag a tile to a different location.
The tile automatically changes size as you move it.
Remove a tile: Select
in the corner of the tile, then select Remove.
Select Done in the top-left corner of the window.
Change what the tiles display
You can choose what certain tiles display to make them more useful for you. For example, you can choose a specific folder for Notes.
Go to iCloud.com, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
On the homepage, select
in the lower-left corner of a tile.If you’re on iCloud.com but not on the homepage, select
in the toolbar, then select iCloud Home Page.In the pop-up menu, choose an option.
Perform a quick action from a tile
Go to iCloud.com, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
On the homepage, touch and hold an item in a tile, or hold your pointer over an item in a tile, then select
.If you’re on iCloud.com but not on the homepage, select
in the toolbar, then select iCloud Home Page.Choose an option, like pinning a note in the Notes tile, marking a reminder as complete in the Reminders tile, or making a photo a favorite in the Photos tile.
Tip: Some apps, like Mail or iCloud Drive, have additional Quick Actions. For instance, in the iCloud Drive tile, select a file to view or download it. Or in the Mail tile, select
in the lower-right corner to filter emails.
