Change Restrictions settings in the Apple TV app on Windows
In the Apple TV app 
on your Windows device, use Restrictions settings to set content and privacy restrictions for playback, sharing, Apple TV purchases and the Store.
To change these settings, select 
at the top of the sidebar, choose Settings, then select Restrictions.

Movies Classification | Choose the level of viewing restriction for movies in the selected region. You can choose Allow All Films, Don’t Allow Films or one of the available ratings to restrict movie viewing to that rating and below. TV Shows Classification | Choose the level of viewing restriction for TV shows in the selected region. You can choose Allow All TV Programmes, Don’t Allow TV Programmes or one of the available ratings to restrict TV programme viewing to that rating and below.
