Create reminders in Calendar on Mac
You can create, view, edit and complete reminders from the Reminders app directly in Calendar.
Note: All Reminders features described in this guide are available when using updated iCloud reminders. Some features aren’t available when using accounts from other providers.
Show reminders in Calendar
You can show scheduled reminders you added to the Reminders app in Calendar.
Go to the Calendar app on your Mac.
Select the Scheduled Reminders tick box in the calendar list.
If you can’t see the calendar list on the left, choose View > Show Calendar List.
Reminders that are scheduled as all day are shown in the all-day section at the top of the calendar. Reminders with scheduled times appear at the specified time of day in your schedule.
Reminders that are set to repeat appear when the previous repeating reminder is completed. For example, if you set a reminder to repeat every Saturday at 9 am, it only appears next Saturday when this Saturday’s reminder is completed.
Create reminders in Calendar
Go to the Calendar app on your Mac.
Click in the Calendar toolbar, then choose New Reminder.
Enter a title for the reminder.
Click the date next to “remind me” to choose a date for the reminder. Optionally, select At a Time and enter a specific time for the reminder.
Change or add more details to your reminder — such as notes, tags, a URL or more.
