The Burn Bar is available for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Treadmill, Cycling and Rowing workouts.
The Burn Bar takes your heart rate into consideration when determining your results. If your heart rate doesn’t display, results on the Burn Bar might be affected. Find out how to get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 3 or Powerbeats Pro 2.
