Save and download to your Apple Fitness+ library
If you enjoy an Apple Fitness+ workout, meditation, program, or collection that you want to revisit, you can save it to your library. You can also save Stacks you’ve created, and download workouts and meditations for staying active offline.
Save a workout or meditation to your library
Go to the Fitness app
on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV 4K, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.Select a workout or meditation, then do either of the following:
On iPhone or iPad: Tap
.On Apple TV 4K: Select Add to, then select Add to Library.
Tip: You can also touch and hold (on iPhone or iPad) or press and hold the clickpad or the touch surface on your remote (on Apple TV 4K), then select Add to Library.
Save a program or collection to your library
Go to the Fitness app
on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV 4K, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.Do any of the following:
On iPhone or iPad: Tap Explore.
On Apple TV 4K: Open the sidebar, then select Explore.
Navigate to the Programs or Collections row, then select a program or collection.
Do either of the following:
On iPhone or iPad: Tap
.On Apple TV 4K: Select Add to Library.
Save the current Stack to your library
Go to the Fitness app
on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV 4K, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.Do any of the following:
On iPhone or iPad: Tap
, tap
, then tap Add Stack to Library.On Apple TV 4K: Open the sidebar, then select Stack. Select
, then select Add Stack to Library.
Enter a name for your Stack, then select Save.
Download a workout or meditation
Go to the Fitness app
on iPhone or iPad, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.Tap a workout or meditation, tap
, then tap
.
Note: The Burn Bar isn’t available during downloaded workouts.
