
Pin albums, songs, and more in Apple Music on Windows
After you subscribe to Apple Music, you can pin your favorite music (including music videos) to the top of your library so it’s easily accessible.

Pin music to the top of your library
- Go to the Apple Music app  on your Windows device. on your Windows device.
- Do any of the following: - Pin a playlist: Select a playlist in the sidebar, select  on the right, then choose Pin Playlist. Or right-click (or touch and hold on a touch device) the playlist, then choose Pin Playlist. on the right, then choose Pin Playlist. Or right-click (or touch and hold on a touch device) the playlist, then choose Pin Playlist.
- Pin an artist: Select Artists in the sidebar, select an artist, select  at the top of the screen, then choose Pin Artist. at the top of the screen, then choose Pin Artist.
- Pin an album: Select Recently Added or Albums in the sidebar, select  for the album, then choose Pin Album. for the album, then choose Pin Album.
- Pin a song: Select Songs in the sidebar, select  for the song, then choose Pin Song. Or when a song is playing, select for the song, then choose Pin Song. Or when a song is playing, select , then select Pin Song. , then select Pin Song.
- Pin a music video: Select Music Videos in the sidebar, select  for the music video, then choose Pin Music Video. for the music video, then choose Pin Music Video.
 
You can only pin content that’s in your library. For example, to pin an artist, you must have at least some content by that artist in your library. Pinned items appear at the top of your library.
Tip: You can drag pins in the sidebar to reorder them.
Unpin an item in your library
- Go to the Apple Music app  on your Windows device. on your Windows device.
- Select a pinned item below Pins in the sidebar, select  for the item, then choose Unpin [item]. for the item, then choose Unpin [item].
