Transporter displays and processes package files through the Active and Delivered lists using specific sequencing and queueing rules.
List
Action
Active list
Transporter displays and processes package files in the following order:
A package file passed verification and is ready for delivery.
A package file verification or delivery is in progress.
A package file is queued for verification or delivery (by the date you added the file).
You canceled a package file and it is ready for restart.
No action is assigned to a package file.
A package file failed verification, import, or delivery.
Transporter can verify and deliver multiple package files at once. If you are a verify-only provider, Transporter immediately verifies package files upon request. If you have privileges to deliver:
For video: Transporter queues all video packages (for example, movie, TV, music video, concert film, short film), then delivers one package file at a time.
For non-video: Transporter queues up to four packages at once for verification or delivery. As soon as a package file completes verification or delivery, another package file starts verifying or delivering.
Delivered list
Transporter displays package files by delivery date, newest at top. If you are an encoding house with more than one provider, Transporter displays the files by provider, and then by delivery date.
