Change Personal Information settings for your Apple Account on Mac

On your Mac, use Apple Account Personal Information settings to change the name, birthday, and other information associated with your Apple Account.

To change these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click your name at the top of the sidebar, then click Personal Information.

If you don’t see your name, click “Sign in,” enter your Apple Account email address or phone number, then enter your password.

Option				Description
Name				Change the name associated with the Apple Account.
Birthday				Specify the birthday associated with your account.
Communication preferences				Receive emails and communications about Apple products, services, software, and media, and Apple News newsletters. Announcements and newsletters are sent to the email address or addresses associated with your Apple Account.
