Change Language & Region settings on Mac
On your Mac, use Language & Region settings to select the languages shown in the Finder and in apps, and choose the formats used to show dates, times, numbers, and more.
To change these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Language & Region on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)

View the languages you want shown in macOS and in apps (for example, in menus and messages), and on websites (if available in a preferred language).
If macOS or an app supports the primary language, that language is used. If not, the other languages are used, in the order listed. You can drag languages in the list to reorder them. See Change the language your Mac uses and If non-Latin fonts don’t appear correctly.
If you add input sources, those languages are automatically added to the list.
