Disconnect federation from a domain in Apple School Manager
If you no longer plan to use federated authentication with a domain, you can disconnect the domain. This process doesn’t affect the domain verification.
Note: You can’t disconnect from a federated domain if Apple School Manager is in the process of enabling federation or resolving conflicts with other Apple IDs.
Disconnect federation from a domain
In Apple School Manager , sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator, Site Manager, or People Manager.
Tap your name at the bottom of the sidebar, tap Preferences , then tap Accounts .
Tap Edit next to Domains, then do one of the following:
If federated authentication is turned on, turn it off, then tap OK.
If federated authentication isn’t turned on, tap Disconnect, then tap Disconnect.
Thanks for your feedback.
