Change Intelligence & Siri settings in Screen Time on Mac

Use Intelligence & Siri settings in Screen Time to restrict access to Apple Intelligence, Siri, and Math Results.

To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Screen Time in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu and choose a family member (if you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group), click Content & Privacy, then click Intelligence & Siri.

Note: The available options may vary by country or region.

Apple Intelligence

Allow access to image creation features, Writing Tools, and the ChatGPT extension.

Note: You can use Apple Intelligence features on a Mac or iPad with M1 or later, all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Siri

Allow the following types of content:

Siri & Dictation
Explicit Language in Siri and Dictionary
Web Search Content in Siri

Turn off any of the above to restrict this type of content.

Math Results

Allow auto-solved math results to appear in text and handwriting.
