Select a slide: Click the slide.
Select all slides: Click a slide in the slide navigator, then press Command-A.
Select multiple adjacent slides: Click the first slide in the group, then hold down the Shift key as you click the last slide.
Select multiple nonadjacent slides: Click the first slide, then hold down the Command key as you click any other slides.
