Save and find email addresses in Mail on iCloud.com
You can save email addresses to your iCloud contacts. You can also enter an email address you have in your iCloud contacts by typing only the first few characters in the To field of an email; iCloud automatically completes the email address for you.
To learn more about iCloud contacts, see Keep your contacts up to date with iCloud.
Save email addresses to your iCloud contacts
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Do either of the following:
Add a contact from an email you received: View the email. At the top of the email, tap Details, then tap the sender’s name or email address. In the window that appears, edit the contact details if necessary, then tap Done.
Add a contact while composing or responding to an email: Select an address in the To, Cc, or Bcc field. Tap next to the address, add or update the contact details, then tap Done.
If your account has Screen Time Communication Limits turned on, you may not be able to add or edit contacts. See If you can’t create, import, edit, or delete contacts on iCloud.com.
Use addresses from your contacts stored in iCloud
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Tap in the top-right corner of the window.
A blank email opens.
In the To field, start typing the name or email address of a contact. When the address you want appears, tap it.
