Change Requests settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Requests settings in Screen Time to respond to requests from a child in your Family Sharing group.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu, choose the child that requested more time, then click Requests.

Item name | The name of the app, website, or other item for which your family member is requesting an exception. | ||||||||||
Don’t Approve | To deny the request, click the Don’t Approve button to the right of the item name, then enter the Screen Time passcode. | ||||||||||
Approve | To approve the request, click the Approve pop-up menu to the right of the item name, choose an option (if available), then enter the Screen Time passcode. |
