Customize and use the homepage on iCloud.com
On iCloud.com, you can customize the homepage for a more personalized experience, allowing you to easily access the content you care about the most. You can add tiles for your favorite apps or features, remove the ones you don’t use, rearrange them however you like, and change what they show.
For certain apps, you can also perform quick actions right from the tile.
Add, move, or delete tiles
On the iCloud.com homepage, scroll to the bottom, then tap Customize Home Page.
If you’re not currently on the homepage, tap in the toolbar, then tap iCloud Home Page.
Do any of the following:
Add a tile: Tap in the top-right corner of the window, then choose a tile.
Replace a tile: Tap in the corner of a tile, then choose the tile you want to use instead.
Rearrange tiles: Drag a tile to a different location.
Remove a tile: Tap in the corner of the tile, then tap Remove.
Tap Done in the top-left corner of the window.
Change what the tiles display
You can choose what certain tiles display to make them more useful for you. For example, you can choose a specific folder for Notes.
On the iCloud.com homepage, tap in the lower-left corner of a tile.
If you’re not currently on the homepage, tap in the toolbar, then tap iCloud Home Page.
In the pop-up menu, select an option.
Perform a quick action from a tile
On the iCloud.com homepage, touch and hold an item in a tile.
If you’re not currently on the homepage, tap in the toolbar, then tap iCloud Home Page.
Choose one of the following:
iCloud Drive: Delete File.
Tip: You can also tap the file, then choose View in Drive or Download File.
Mail: Mark as Read, Flag, or Delete.
Tip: You can also filter emails. Tap in the lower-right corner of the tile, turn it on, then select a filter.
Notes: Delete Note.
Photos: Favorite Photo or Delete Photo.
Reminders: Mark as Complete or Flag.
