Add video and audio in Pages for iCloud
You can add video and audio to a document. When viewing your document, you can click the play button on the video or audio object to watch it or listen to it. You can also add video or audio descriptions that can be read by assistive technology (for example, VoiceOver).
Note: Video and audio files must be in a format that QuickTime supports on your Mac computer or Windows device. If you can’t add or play a video or audio file, on a Mac, try using iMovie, QuickTime Player, or Compressor to convert the file to a QuickTime file (with a .mov filename extension) for video, or an MPEG-4 file (with a .m4a filename extension) for audio. On a Windows device, try using QuickTime to convert the file to an MP4 or M4A file.

Add a video or audio description
You can add a description to any video or audio in your document. Video and audio descriptions are read by assistive technology (for example, VoiceOver) when someone uses that technology to access your document. (The descriptions aren’t visible in your document.)
Go to Pages for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your document, select the video or audio that you want to add a description to.
In the Format sidebar on the right, click the Movie or Audio tab.
Click the Description text box, then enter a description.
If you download your document as a PDF, the descriptions are still readable by assistive technology. See Download a document.
