Leave a course in iTunes U for web
After accepting an invitation to contribute to a course, if you later decide you do not want to continue to be a contributor, you can choose to leave the course.
Leave a course from the dashboard
In iTunes U
for web, click 
in the row for the course you want to leave.Choose Leave Course, then click Leave.
iTunes U removes the course from the dashboard and changes your status from Contributor to Declined in the course instructors list.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for any other courses you want to leave.
Leave a course from the Admin | Instructors pane
In iTunes U
for web, click Admin > Admin, then click Instructors for the course you want to leave.From the dashboard, click
in the row for the course you want, then choose Instructors.Click Leave Course, then click Leave.
iTunes U changes your status from Contributor to Declined in the course instructors list and removes the course from your dashboard.
Leaving a course removes the course from your dashboard but does not delete the course from the owner or other contributors. Only the course owner can delete the course.
