Questions? Answers.
Where can I check on an existing repair with Apple?
To track the status of an existing repair, sign in to My Support.
Where can I check if my devices are covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan?
You can check your coverage status.
Where can I find a certified repair that’s covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan?
Our large network of Apple Authorized Service Providers offer Apple-certified repairs using genuine Apple parts. Only repairs performed directly by Apple or by an Apple Authorized Service Provider are covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty and AppleCare plans.
Independent, non-authorized repair providers have access to genuine Apple parts and repair resources, but do not provide Apple-authorized repairs covered by the Apple Limited warranty or AppleCare. They may offer their own repair warranty, but non-authorized repairs are not backed by Apple unless required by law. Any damage that your device may incur by a non-authorized repair provider is not covered by Apple's Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan.
Can I repair my own device?
