Share files and folders in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com
You can share files and folders in iCloud Drive so other people can view and edit them.
Note: If you have shared Pages, Numbers, or Keynote files in iCloud Drive, you can view and edit them using Pages, Numbers, or Keynote on iCloud.com.
Share files and folders
Go to icloud.com/iclouddrive, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select the file or folder you want to share, then click
.Add the email addresses of the people you want to share with. Click Share Options, then choose who can access the file or folder, who can make changes, and if participants can add people to the file or folder.
Click Share, and when a new window appears with the link for your file, copy the link and send it.
Important: The link isn’t sent automatically. You have to send the link to the person you want to share with.
View shared files
You can view all of your shared files, sorted by who shared them.
Go to icloud.com/iclouddrive, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Click Shared in the sidebar.
