Reorder shortcuts on Mac

You can change the order of shortcuts in the main window of the app.

In the Shortcuts app on your Mac, click a category in the sidebar (All Shortcuts, for example), then drag one or more shortcuts to a new location in the main window.

Note: If you’re signed in to your Apple Account, any changes you make in the app are updated on your other Apple devices where you’re signed in to the same Apple Account. For more information, see Sync shortcuts.
