Print a document or envelope in Pages on iPhone
You can print a document or envelope from a printer set up to work with your iPhone or iPad. To learn about setting up a printer, see the instructions in the user guide for your device, or see the Apple Support article About AirPrint.
Print a document
These instructions assume that your printer is already set up to work with your device and turned on.
Open the document, tap , then tap Print.
If no printer is selected, tap Select Printer, then choose one.
Your device automatically searches for any nearby AirPrint printers.
Choose print options (page range, number of copies, and so on).
If the document has smart annotations, comments, or page backgrounds, you first see an option to include them in the printed document.
Tap Print in the top-right corner.
Print an envelope
You can use the envelope templates in Pages to print standard-sized envelopes.
In the document manager, tap at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to the Envelopes section, then tap an envelope template.
Tap placeholder text in the recipient address, then type your contact’s address.
You can add or delete lines as needed.
Double-tap text in the return address, then type your address.
The return address is a text box. Drag the handles if you want to resize it.
Tap , then tap Print.
If no printer is selected, tap Select Printer, then choose one.
Your device automatically searches for any nearby AirPrint printers.
Tap Print.
