Report an issue with Maps on Mac
You can report inaccurate or incomplete information about locations, directions, and more. Traffic and other issues may appear on the map when verified.
Go to the Maps app
on your Mac.
Choose Maps > Report an Issue.
Click
, then choose one of the following:
Report Something Missing
Report Street Issue
Report Place Issue
Follow the onscreen instructions to provide details.
Click Submit.
You can review any reports you submitted in the last 90 days. Click your icon in the top right of the map, then click Reports.
You can also report an issue for a location from its place card. Click a location on the map, scroll down in the place card, click Report an Issue, then follow the onscreen instructions.
If you have a business (large or small), you can use Apple Business to help your customers find it in Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri, and more.
