Change Screen Time Content & Privacy Other preferences on Mac
Use the Other pane of Screen Time Content & Privacy preferences to lock Screen Time settings.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
> System Preferences, click Screen Time, select Content & Privacy in the sidebar, then click Other.

Content & Privacy Restrictions | Turn content & privacy restrictions on or off:

Allow Changes | Select checkboxes to allow changes to these settings on iOS or iPadOS devices:
Leave the checkboxes unselected to restrict these changes. If a checkbox is unselected, the Screen Time passcode is required to make a change. | ||||||||||
Open Privacy Settings | Click to open the Privacy pane of Security & Privacy preferences. See Change Privacy preferences on Mac. | ||||||||||
