Create contacts while using FaceTime
When you make a FaceTime audio or video call to someone who’s not listed in Contacts, or someone who’s not in Contacts makes a FaceTime call to you, FaceTime may make a suggestion about who it is and supply additional contact info so you can create a card for the person in Contacts.
Click Video or Audio.
If a caller is listed with just a phone number or email address, click the Info button (or use the Touch Bar), enter the person’s info, then click Create. (If a call is labeled with “Maybe,” click Add To Contacts, then enter the contact details.)
For information about updating contact info, see Make changes to your contacts.
