Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com
Most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or its aliases is automatically identified and moved to your Junk folder. If you receive unwanted email, you can manually mark it as junk.
Important: Because emails in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days, periodically check the Junk folder for emails that were mistakenly marked as junk.
Mark an email as junk
If iCloud Mail fails to mark an email as junk, you can manually move it from your inbox to the Junk folder.
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select the email or emails you want to mark as junk in your email list:
On a phone or tablet: Tap Edit at the top of the email list, then tap
next to the email or emails. On a computer: Click the email. To select multiple emails, Command-click (on a Mac) or Control-click (on a Windows device) the emails.
Select Mark or
, then choose Move to Junk.
Subsequent emails from the same sender are automatically marked as junk.

Indicate that an email isn’t junk
If iCloud Mail incorrectly marks an email as junk, you can manually move it from the Junk folder to your inbox.
Note: Emails from people in your iCloud contacts, or from recent conversations, won’t go to the Junk folder.
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select the Junk folder in the Mailboxes list.
