Manage company details in Apple Business Connect

You can review and edit information about your company. You can also contact Business Connect Support.

Edit preferences

If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user who has the role of Administrator.
Select your name in the lower-left corner, then select Preferences.
Do any of the following:
- To manage your Apple Account, select Manage Apple Account, then make any necessary changes.
- To receive the latest news, updates, and promotions, select Product News.
- To get a monthly Insight recap of your location’s performance, select up to 25 locations.
Select Save.

If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user who has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the Administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Change any information associated with your company.
Select Save.
Apple needs to verify the changed information.

If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user who has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the Administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Select your initials at the bottom left of the sidebar, select Support then select Contact Us.
Enter the appropriate information, then select Send.
