How do I get an estimate for repair?
Apple Authorized Service Providers set their own service fees and will provide you with an estimate after inspecting your device. Find an authorized repair and service provider near you.
Where can I get service?

In Person
You can get personal support at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Our trained technicians will inspect your Mac, explain your options, and handle it from there.
Why choose Apple-certified service?

It's convenient.
Apple Authorized Service Providers can help you find the most convenient service option, give you an estimate, and keep you informed during the entire process.

It's private.
Apple cares about your privacy, and we design our products to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, including our expert technicians.

It's backed by Apple.
Apple-certified service is guaranteed, and our trusted experts only use genuine Apple parts — designed, tested, and manufactured for Apple’s safety and performance standards.

Whatʼs covered under warranty?
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your device and all the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories that are purchased separately, like adapters, cables, wireless chargers, or cases, are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law in your country or region.
Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or batteries that wear down from normal use. If your situation isn’t covered and consumer law doesn’t apply, there will be a cost associated with repairs through Apple. If your issue is ineligible for service, you may need to pay the full value for a replacement device. Check your coverage status here.
Is there a service guarantee?
We guarantee our service and replacement parts for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty, whichever is longer, as outlined in our Apple Repair Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law or an active AppleCare plan where it applies. Equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
