Arrange items on a Freeform board on Mac
You can arrange items on top of (or behind) other items on your Freeform boards and group them so they’re easier to move around.
Arrange items on top of or behind other items
Go to the Freeform app on your Mac.
If an item is locked, you need to click before you can arrange it on top of or behind another item.
Do any of the following:
Move an item in front of another item: Choose Arrange > Bring Forward to bring the item in front of (on top of) one item or choose Bring to Front to bring the item in front of all items.
Move an item behind another item: Choose Arrange > Send Backward to send the item behind one item, or choose Send to Back to send the item behind all items.
Group multiple items to become one unit
Go to the Freeform app on your Mac.
If an item is locked, you need to click before you can group it with another item.
Choose Arrange > Group.
Tip: You can also click to group items on the board.
After items are grouped together, you can still format each independently—double-click the item in the group to use the formatting tools.
