Stop sharing the location of a lost AirTag
In Find My, the owner of a lost AirTag—or a third-party item that’s compatible with Find My—can share its location through a temporary webpage. For example, they can share the webpage with an airline to help them track their mishandled luggage.
When someone opens the link, they’re required to authenticate through their Apple Account or partner email address (for companies partnering with Apple to provide this service to customers, such as airlines). The webpage includes:
The location of the AirTag on a map, if available
The registered owner’s phone number
The serial number of the AirTag
To learn more, see Share the location of a lost item in Find My in the iPhone User Guide.

Note: Finding items and sharing item location aren’t available in all countries or regions.
