Export passwords from your Mac to a file
You can export the password for an individual app or website, or all your passwords, to a file.
WARNING: Passwords you export are visible to anyone who has access to the file.
Export the password for an individual app or website
Go to the Passwords app
on your Mac.Locate and select the account.
Choose File > Export Selected Password.
Click Export Password.
Choose where to save the exported password file, then click Save.
Export all passwords
Go to the Passwords app
on your Mac.Choose File > Export All Passwords.
Click Export Passwords.
Choose where to save the exported passwords file, then click Save.
