Reorder shortcuts on Mac
You can change the order of shortcuts in the main window of the app.
In the Shortcuts app
on your Mac, click a category in the sidebar (All Shortcuts, for example), then drag one or more shortcuts to a new location in the main window.
Note: If you’re signed in with your Apple ID, any changes you make in the app are updated on your other Apple devices. For more information, see Sync shortcuts on Mac.
