Monitor and validate a package file

Monitor your package file status in the Transporter window and, after Transporter successfully imports your package file, use Resources and Help and iTunes Connect or App Store Connect to validate your content and add additional information.

This package file status	Indicates
Active	Transporter is ready to verify or deliver the package file. Verification and delivery times can vary depending on package file size and hardware performance. Packages that have been verified, but not yet delivered, also appear in the Active list. Note: Package files that fail verification or delivery remain in the Active list so this status can also indicate that Transporter encountered an issue and cannot verify or deliver the package file.
Delivered	Transporter delivered the package file. Notes: After Transporter delivers the package file to Apple servers, the package file is imported and undergoes additional validations. Apple contacts you if there are any issues. Once the package file passes the additional validations, it is ready to undergo additional review and processing at Apple. After a few hours, you can view your package file information and assets in an iTunes Connect or App Store Connect status page. From the button, click View on iTunes Connect or View on App Store Connect to check the status of your package, validate your content, or add additional information. Video package files (for example, movies, music videos, and TV episodes) can take more time to go through the video workflow process. If you only have encoding house user access, you cannot view the package file’s iTunes Connect status page. Instead, share the status page URL with a user who has an iTunes Connect account.
