Intro to Pages for iCloud
Pages for iCloud is a web app for creating and editing documents on a Mac or Windows computer (using a supported browser). Documents you create in Pages for iCloud are automatically available in the Pages app on any Mac, iPhone, or iPad that’s signed in with the same Apple ID.
This integration across devices works in both directions. You can create or edit a Pages document anywhere—on a computer, iPhone, iPad, or on the web—and the changes show up everywhere. You can also share a link to a document with others, then edit the document together in real time.
When you open Pages for iCloud, you see the document manager. From here you can create, open, and share documents, and more.
![The document manager in browse view. The More button (three dots) is visible in the lower-right corner of the selected document. Buttons to create a new document or folder and to upload or delete a document appear in the center of the toolbar. In the top-right corner, there are buttons for sending feedback, switching iCloud applications, creating new documents, and managing your account settings.](https://help.apple.com/assets/62966E4CBC3418328A1179B8/62966E4CBC3418328A1179BF/en_US/cca63750cc42620bbb4240e908ae6d8d.png)
Important: To keep your Pages documents up to date across computers and devices, you need to have the Pages app installed (download it for free from the App Store), and your computers and devices must meet the following minimum system requirements: macOS 11, iOS 14, or iPadOS 14.
