Change lighting options for Home on Mac

You can gradually and automatically adjust the warmth of coloured lights during the day.

1. In the Home app on your Mac, click Home in the sidebar, then double-click a light bulb accessory.

2. Click the Adaptive Light button in the top-left corner of buttons.

   The colour is cooler during the day and warmer during the evening.

To return to one consistent colour during the day, click another colour button.

You can change the icon of a light bulb; you can’t change the icon of other accessories.

1. In the Home app on your Mac, click Home in the sidebar, then double-click a light bulb accessory.

2. Click the light bulb icon, then choose an alternative. Click Done, then click the Close button in the top-right corner.
